Ned Congdon, P.E.
Systems Engineering
Ned joined HRST in 2005. He inspects HRSGs, performs cycling studies and root cause failure analysis, and designs economizers that are thermal-shock proof.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Ultra-Low Emissions Combustion Systems Supplier — As project manager for 10 years, Ned had technical and business responsibilities for thermal oxidizer system projects. He was also the mechanical design specialist for high-temperature projects, the lead maintenance engineer, and he developed the company's QC programs
Major OEM for Gas Turbine HRSGs — as project engineer, Ned was responsible for technical design issues and schedule for HRSG system projects. Over a 10 year span, he also held company positions in the R&D, standards development, and mechanical engineering departments.
