HRSGs and power boilers utilize baffling, tube ties, flow distribution grids and vanes to help direct gas flow through the heat transfer surfaces (tubes). If these components fail, boiler performance can decrease and pressure part damage can occur. The HRST team can design and supply the materials and drawings necessary to upgrade to a better arrangement.

Duct Burner Reinforcement

HRST will evaluate your duct burner design and inspect for indications of future problems and design reinforcement to eliminate excessive stress on weakened and sagging baffles and elements. HRST currenly offers aftermarket support upgrades for both Coen and Forney duct burners. We also offer Forney duct burner repair kits to keep on-hand and for replacement on your schedule.

Worried about duct burner element nozzle clogging and debris buildup in the runners? HRST offers duct burner borescope inspections and, if needed, duct burner cleaning.
